Now they are willing to refund our money if WE pay for the shipping back to their company and go by their shipping rules at .75 per pound. This company does not back up what they say they will do when it comes to damaged or merchandise when the merchandise will not perform as it should for safety's sake. this has been going on since 2/2015 after reviving the first stove at the end of January 2015... We received a small beverage refrigerator four months ago which was damaged. There was minimal interior packaging but dented door and sides. The door would not even close properly. Ordered a weight machine but item was backordered, so when I found this out i called and cancelled the order. But two weeks later this place charges my credit card and ships the item. 5 weeks. No money, no product, no idea when (if at all) my order will be delivered. Horrible customer service. lots of promises that couldn't be delivered. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY ELSEWHERE. I bought a bed frame and ordered express shipping. They charged me for this service, and when the item didn't arrive, I called them and they said they don't offer express shipping to my location. Do not buy Samsung products from Appliances Connection! AC does not participate in Samsung's exchange program to swap out a defective unit and will give you the run around regarding never receiving Samsung's faxes. Here's the short of it: - Products arrived months after ordering. It took me 6 months to deal with all the paperwork. - Products on backorder with zero communication on status - Customer service actually lied to me.
