Lack of Customer Service
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
06/18/2022: I placed two orders (washer, dryer, refrigerator & dishwasher) & applied for the Appliance Connection credit card.
I contacted the company the same day (per online instructions regarding orders which total exceeds the credit limit amount).
No response. I plit the transaction onto two cards.
06/19/2022: I called customer service numerous times, sent in inquiries , requested live chats. I requested a cancelation of my orders. NO RESPONSES.
06/20/2022-06/30/2022: I continued to call customer service numerous times, sent inquiries & requested live chats.
NO RESPONSES
Customer service automated message stated they were busy & would return my call. NO RESPONSES
A few times, I selected the sales option. Representatives immediately answered & stated couldn't help or address my concerns.
They delivered my dishwasher. I selected white glove service (delivery & placement in the room of my choice).
Dishwasher was left in front of my house.
07/01/2022: I submitted two tickets via my online portal/account. I received a response stating my dishwasher was delivered. The other appliances were already sent to the delivery company & could not get canceled.
The customer service representative apologized & offered 10 year major components warranty on all the appliance (for the inconvenience). They also offered to have the delivery company return to my residence for the white glove service.
I continued to request a cancelation, a FULL credit to my credit cards and pick up of the dishwasher.
Total purchase amount $6,000.
They will cancel my order & charge me about $1,000 to return the items. The dryer is on back order, the washer and refrigerator are still at their warehouse. The dishwasher is still in it's original packaging.
Contacted Appliance Connection credit card to submit a dispute.
After obtaining the dispute, was informed system is updating. I have to submit dispute via mail

Six months... No delivery
Still no range delivery. Ordered 11/2021
UPDATE: Still no range! Six friggin months people! Well...it's been since November and I still don't have my 4k range. Only ONE person was helpful and now she doesn't exist... not a robot. I've been transferred, hung up on, talked to like it's my fault THEY can't get it together. NO I DONT WANT A REFUND. I WANT MY STOVE! I'll leave this here until it's delivered....in this damn century.dont

Wonderful customer service experience!
I recently ordered a new washer, dryer, and two pedestals from Appliance Connection. While the washer and dryer are not yet in stock (which I knew when I ordered them), the pedestals are already being shipped as they were in the warehouse (again, I knew this would be the case when I placed the order).
I noticed today that the appliance removal had been bundled with the pedestal sub-order that is already being shipped rather than with the washer and dryer which will arrive in a few weeks.
I called Appliances Connection (on a Sunday) and requested a call back through their automated system - way more convenient than sitting on hold.
I was fortunate to get a call back from Mike Salcedo. Mike understood the issue and immediately resolved it. He let the pedestal trucking company know they would not be removing any appliances, added those services to the washer and dryer delivery, and re-sent the invoice to reflect those services are now bundled with the washer and dryer.
Mike even asked if I wanted the washer and dryer sent as soon as each arrived or held to be delivered together (very considerate to have that option given to me). Mike was polite, understanding, and very efficient in resolving my issue.

Employee excellent service to fix problem
Anisha Patten has assisted me in an outstanding way. I was struggling to get the appliances I had ordered from Appliance Connections delivered after much delay and a warranty repair to a Bertazzoni range that was delivered without a bracket to hold the glass in place on the door.
Both of these issues had been a terrible experience of back and forth and not able to get the dishwasher nor having anyone follow through on the service to the range. She stepped in and changed the course by emailing appropriate parties and giving me her direct extension which was a godsend! Otherwise I would have been weeks getting follow through as has occurred before she took over the situation and responded immediately to my calls. She deserves recognition and reward for being extremely responsible and for following through.
It has been a logistical nightmare getting all of the products and materials that we ordered and she offered a level of service unlike anyone else we reached out to to help us. Thank you Anisha!!
