5 weeks. No money, no product, no idea when (if at all) my order will be delivered. Horrible customer service. lots of promises that couldn't be delivered. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY ELSEWHERE. After ordering an Avanti 20 inch gas stove in December of 2014 and receiving the unit on 01/27/2015 the units thermostat was about 150 to hot. I bought a bed frame and ordered express shipping. They charged me for this service, and when the item didn't arrive, I called them and they said they don't offer express shipping to my location. Do not buy Samsung products from Appliances Connection! AC does not participate in Samsung's exchange program to swap out a defective unit and will give you the run around regarding never receiving Samsung's faxes. Here's the short of it: - Products arrived months after ordering. It took me 6 months to deal with all the paperwork. - Products on backorder with zero communication on status - Customer service actually lied to me. DONT order from this company if you expect to get items quickly. Granted we had over a $10k order- 2 sets of washers and dryers, double oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. BUT we ordered on 11/21/2015. Purchased this bookcase on 29 January 2015, and it arrived on 12 February with missing pieces and zero hardware and assembly instructions! I buy a lot of things online. My experience with AppliancesConnection is the worst online shopping experience that I'v ever had. My order was delayed by weeks, with no communication about this initiated by AppliancesConnection. I had to write to them, using their internal ticket system.
