I ordered a new refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher and received *used* equipment - scratched and dirty and clearly not the result of shipping damage. Then I learned that their 30 day No Hassle Return Policy is a complete joke. The fine print behind it makes it a HUGE Hassle to return. Horrible experience, it took them two month to deliver, once it got here the truck had the paper work but not the goods, had to wait some more for them to deliver again, now we have the goods here just to find out the Samsung induction range did not work from the box, Samsung has been here 3 times in a month just to let me know that I will have to deal with this guys again to get another one, it... Beware. I ordered a range and a refrigerator that arrived with broken parts. While i was content having one repaired, I decided to return the range to them instead of having it repaired. Be aware of this company, you end up with losing money, once you ordered and paid, ding dong dang!!! everything was slow afterward, more particular when purchased extra services, you got nothing extra except frustration, slow shipping, slow delivery it doesn't matter when you paid extra for express delivery, slow replacement if it manufacturing damages, slow refund, too much lies, too much... I brought a stainless steel refrigerator from them in May 2014. When it was shipped in June 2014 it was slightly damaged but the main issue is when I removed the plastic once the delivery guys left, the refrigerator began to rust. MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Shop locally DO NOT support this company who obviously have no idea what canceling an order means or who take your money before an item has shipped then say it has shipped!!
