I brought a stainless steel refrigerator from them in May 2014. When it was shipped in June 2014 it was slightly damaged but the main issue is when I removed the plastic once the delivery guys left, the refrigerator began to rust. MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Shop locally DO NOT support this company who obviously have no idea what canceling an order means or who take your money before an item has shipped then say it has shipped!! I do not recommend this company. Poor communication once you place the order and they have your money. They give you the run around when you email or call them. i ordered a refrigerator on May 30th. They charged our credit card nearly 2 weeks prior to shipping and we contacted then numerous times in an attempt to learn when the item was scheduled to ship. I'd rate their communication 1 star. Delivery speed 1 star. And price 5 stars. Placed an order. Two days later get a call one item is out of stock, rest would ship out within a week....agree to that and say "Ship when complete". 3 weeks later no word, no products. Log into site and order ticket says it is back ordered an won't ship for 2 months. Call and cancel. Confirmed details with sales staff prior to placing order. Item was not as discussed cosmetically and requested to return. Guess what all my fault that I ordered online from an online company. I requested information about a product through online chat and all the response I could get back was call a sales person for more help. If I wanted to call in and talk to a sales person I would have. I like the convenience of online chat option. If a company is going to offer the online chat they should be able to provide a service not just to push you off to a sales person. I will never buy... Read more

I wrote about two delays in installing a wall oven and a free-standing oven over the past year +. I wanted to add that they did resolve the problem and their customer service handled it well. The men who came the second time from A&B Trucking were very helpful as well.
