The company's delivery personnel showed up without advance notice, not even a call. The furniture was defective and damaged. Delivery personnel left the scene with the refused furniture and paperwork before I could connect with the company regarding a refund. Appliance Connection in Brooklyn NY. I just ordered a washer and dryer from this company online. Ordered a coffee table that had a description of "In Stock- Ready to Ship". After placing the order and my card being charged- I checked back to track the piece. I ordered a new refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher and received *used* equipment - scratched and dirty and clearly not the result of shipping damage.
