This company is deceiving and dishonest. I purchased a 600$ desk for my granddaughter took weeks for delivery. When arrived the box was mutiluated and you could see the desk inside. A pink note on the box read this was the condition of the box when the shipping company received the desk, the desk was not accepted and returned. Now 2 weeks later all pictures have been sent everyone agrees the box was all to *** but the desk is in good condition... Read more

I attempted to purchase a range from ApplianceConnection.com because they were the only store I could find online who claimed to have the range in stock. Their policy said that if the range was in stock they would ship like within 48 hours. Several days passed and my order was still processing. Appliance Connection hired an incompetent trucking company (AM Trucking) from Hayward CA to deliver my refrigerator. The delivery personnel came to my door and stated they declined to deliver. They refused to drive on the road to my house, which is regularly travelled by the same size truck. They lied and said they couldn't find the place. Ordered a stove on july 4th. Am trucking was to deliver between 4 and 7 pm on july 15. No delivery no call. No customer service after hours. On july 16 I was told truck broke down and a new delivery time would be scheduled on july 18. Again nothing. Contacted appliance connection on the 19th . They forwarded their email to Am trucking. Am Trucking says they will reschedule. No calls. July 21st. Customer service says they will call me back. Read more

They refuse to match a price even before the item has been received. They did say they were sorry, uh huh. I was offered points for my next purchase oh and offered an additional 3 years on my warranty. As of 6/29/16 three online stores offered this same refrigerator for $1,093.00 even with taxes in my state I would have saved a considerable amount of money from the $1,399.00 I originally paid. Make sure you pay with paypal. Very shady company with a terrible customer service. Waited for a whole month for my chair to arrive. When i tried then to cancel, they prettu much told me tough luck, you bought it and you have to wait.. I have paypal dispute open to get my money back. Read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. They just charged me an additional $80 after I agreed to pay half of shipment cost of $275 on the phone. I spoke to Jenny, John Flores, Eric, and "Karan" (male), whom all seem to all be managers. They all told me different stories. I ordered my product over one month ago and ended up cancelling because 4 weeks had passed and still no clear date of when I would receive my product. I was told I hadn't gotten my product because I wanted the delivery company to deliver on my time not theirs. ordered a $600 microwave that they told me shipped , yet it took nearly 3 wks to get delivered, this after contacting their carrier five times, product arrives and is damaged and because it wasn't signed for that way (( pkg was fine, clearly it was concealed damage)... they offer me a lousy $50 to keep it as is... ordered a washer/dryer combo on 2/22/2016 and it is 5/17/2016 and still no product. I keep getting emails regarding the product availability but it keeps getting pushed back to further dates. I've called customer service several times and they pretty much tell me what I already know from the email. This was a $3,000 order and I feel like I just got robbed. 3-4 months to get a product?
