Appliance Connections.com ( 800) 299-9470 offers free shipping but don't believe it .After placing my order and receiving confirmation of the free shipping and being charged by the company. I received a call from them and they refused to ship the order to me unless i paid additional shipping cost .They were rude and one person named John actually accused me of deception and fraud because he said that i did not disclose where i lived. They had my delivery address for several weeks and i actually spoke to the company many times about delivery dates. They would not stand by their free delivery charge canceled my order and called me not trustworthy. Never was treated so rudely before. 1289c15

I was going to buy from them...now forget it but you guys should report them to BBB because the get an A+ rating by them and I almost bought from them on that rating.
