9/18/2011 - Told Order would ship 9/30 because 'available' does not mean 'in stock'

10/3/2011 AM - Told product arrive my home 10/11

10/3/2011 PM - Told product not 'in stock' until 10/15

10/14/2011 - Told shipping would be "expedited"

10/17/2011 - Asked for confirmation of expedited delivery with no answer

10/23/2011 - Expedited delivery from AC means Ohio, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and then Austin! Really??

10/26/2011 - Offered FREE 10year extended warranty for all the bad information and poor service provided by AC

11/28/2011 - Received product 8 weeks after promise date.

11/29/2011 - Confirmed that product I purchased comes with 25 year warranty from MFG!! the 10 year extended warrant was of $0 value!!

12/7/2011 - Promised $30 gift certificate for poor service from AC

12/14/2011 - Received $30 gift certificate (Only if I buy $700 of product from AC) Really??

I believe you probably ordered from a different Appliance Connection, as Appliance Connection in Woodbridge doesn't sell online. There is a popular website www.appliancesonneciton.com that sells primarily online, but they are unaffiliated.
