Do not pruchase from Appliance Connection. I placed an order for a LG dryer DLEX2501W Nov 27, 2010 because they said it was in stock. Delivery expected before Christmas. I received confirmation via their website that my order was placed but never received the email the site said I would receive".
After many calls I finally got an email confirming my order but stating the dryer was backordered but would be in in a few weeks/. Had I not made the call to them, they would not have sent me an email?. Another month goes by and still no dryer.. Now, they cancelled my order - no replacement or substitute options - nothing/. Just a *** email saying thanks for shopping with us and we appreciate your business'. Cheaper is not always better?. I lost out on a great black Friday deal Because I used this company instead of Home Depot?. Shame on them. 1289dc4

| 1. Written by gogettom on December 30, 2011 from sacramento, california, US I ordered a refrigerator on 11/15. I received it on 12/22. Was suppose to arrive between 11-3. The truck arrived at 4:30. What is frustrating is when I asked to talk to a customer service manager, I was told they are all in a "conference". Think they called me back - no. Part of the delay was that after coming cross country, they use a subcontractor to deliver. The subcontractor only has a truck in my area once a week. So after being late to start with, it spent 8 days at the distribution center ,which is one hour away, until the next truck was sent the following week. Don't expect good customer service, have your calls returned or your stuff arrive on time. |

Funny how they processed my credit app real quick. I have a payment due on merchandise I have never recieved. I am ticked off beyond words. Nobody really cares. Now, they have me screwed good because they say the item was shipped but now if I cancel they want to charge me a "restocking" fee if I cancel or refuse the shipment. I'm contacting the BBB and my State Attorney Generals office AND my local Consumer Reporter. This Co. SUCKS! |
