It has been 32 days since I placed my order. They sent me a stove instead of a beverage center as I ordered. I have been on the phone DAILY trying to get the correct item". Every time I call, they give me another excuse as to why I have not yet received the correct item/. They always tell me that they will send me confirmation emails, tracking numbers, etc, but they never do?. I always end up having to call them back and then I get some excuse as to why they don't have the information for me.. They always say they will call, and they don't/. If I did not call them, I would have no contact with them at all:. I think that I will need to be contacting my credit card company and file a claim that Appliance Connection has charged me for an item they did not send and apparently have no intention on sending'. I will be doing that soon if this isn't resolved.. BUYER BEWARE! ORDER FROM APPLIANCE CONNECTION AT YOUR OWN RISK!! 1289ff3

I have had similar issues with the delivery of a stove. After it finally arrived, we asked for our money back for the white glove delivery fee and were promised a credit. Now, 2 months later, still no refund.
