Damaged goods, refused refunds, 90 days to receive products, and lies
I decided to plunge in and see if appliances connection could deliver a full home package of appliances worth 10's of thousands.
I figured even if it was horrible service, I'm saving thousands so maybe it's worth it.
Over 4 months, here are the results --
1. installation service doesn't install any products except fridge
2. refund for installation service is at 50%
3. received damaged products and didn't get refund for damage
4. products state they are on hand and ready for shipping, but took 3 months and tons of lies
5. still waiting for hundreds in refunds for past 3 months to account for damage and non-installation
6. reported to NYC attorney general twice - no results yet
Bottom Line - they shouldn't be in business at all and no pain/suffering is worth the savings.

Do Not order anything from Appliance Connection. If you have any issues with your product and if you want to return, they will give you run-around for days and you won't get anywhere with Appliance Connection. They sell 2nd quality appliances and damaged furniture. Very sly operation.
They use 3rd party delivery trucking company that employs rude drivers and delivery boys.
if you are reading this review, my experience has been frustrating with this company and I strongly suggest take your business somewhere else. There are many suppliers/vendors selling the same product.

Appliances Connection finally refunded ALL of the shipping and restocking fees. However, they asked me to change a review i had made on another site.
So until, I received all of my money back, I changed my review to a less scathing one and changed my star rating from a 1 to a 4. Now that I have my money, I am going to return the review to the original one. This is one of the reasons I do not want to do business with AC, nor should anyone else. Asking a customer to change their review in trade for getting a refund is very unprofessional and underhanded.
Also I found out that all of the 4 or 5 star reviews are from people who work at or is related to those who work at AC. Not to mention they moderate the reviews on their site.
Only positive reviews will be allowed on the Appliances Connection website. So don't believe all the "glowing" reviews, they are fake!
We ordered from Appliancesconnection.com because their site stated the furniture was "in stock and ready to ship". A week went by and no word.
We contacted them and they stated that "the furniture will be shipping directly from the manufacturer and should be shipping around Feb. 12" We finally received an email that the furniture would be delivered on Feb. 24.
The driver was sick so we had to reschedule the delivery for next week. That's when we canceled the order.

Wrong Item Received - Problem with Return & Exchange
DO NOT BUY FROM APPLIANCE CONNECTION: Bought a dual zone Summit Wine Fridge to match the 2 I already have. Wrong Model Received (one door instead of 2); called back the next day and the person found the model I wanted, the price happened to be identical, so the guy said there is no cost to me; sent me a “return authorization form” which I promptly returned; sent me another email confirming the exchange with the new model #, I replied and confirmed.
Received an email from their order department and assumed all is good. Nothing happened for few weeks, sent a query to order department for status update no response. 2 weeks later called and spoke to the same person, after a brief review, he said "I sent you email to confirm but you didn’t”; I gave him the specific date and time I responded (about 12 hours after his email), he found it; after 45 min conversation with few holds, he responds by saying the return policy is 30 days, but I called back the next day after delivery, I have email communication with you within one week of delivery; after another hold he said there is a $365 restocking fee; but “you never mentioned that and specifically sent me a return form showing I owe zero $”; another hold, he came back with a reduction to $150 but now for shipping; I disagreed; after hold its now its $125; spoke with a supervisor who was not interested in the history and told me among other things: “I don’t care about your prior conversations”... “this is our policy”...
“we are a small company”... "why are you hustling us”; after 15 minutes of aggressively telling why I’m wrong, the supervisor hung up on me.

Resolved: Don't Buy From Appliance Connection..! Poor Delivery Service and Worse Customer Service
After a number of days, some Service management people got involved and rectified the situation. I have been fully refunded. It should not have been so painful....but all's well that ends well.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
1870 BATH AVENUE BROOKLYN, NEW YORK I placed an order on Dec 9th for $3600. I called five days later to inquire about my order.
They said there was a billing issue although the funds were withdrawn from my account on the 10th. Not pending, withdrawn. They state that no funds leave your account until it ships. This is a lie.
The billing manager Jonathan Bakshi, also lies, repeatedly. He said they couldn't verify the billing/shipping address. They were different because we are moving. However, they HAD NOT PROBLEM REMOVING FUNDS FROM MY ACCOUNT.
They will spin tale after tale, say they will call you back. It's all lies. The worst company I have EVER dealt with. Now, even though the money supposedly hasn't been withdrawn, will take 48 hours to be returned to my account.
AWFUL COMPANY. They are internet based, no brick and mortar and no one knows anything.

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Wish I had read these reviews before I bought.
