We bought a dishwasher. When it finally arrived, it had significant damage--but the damage was only underneath--ya know--where you can't really see it while inspecting it on delivery. They sent an RMA quickly, but it would have required us to pay nearly 50% the price of the washer just to ship the thing back. I refused. They agreed to split the shipping cost, which I still declined since *I* did not damage the dishwasher.

It has been more than 2 months since ordering, 1 month since getting a crappy washer. The don't provide customer service until I post reviews online. Then, they say one thing on the phone, and provide a different (unacceptable) offer when I ask them to put it in writing.

I just want my money back, and this washer retrieved at their cost. Will be filing with AG soon if they don't resolve. Do NOT shop at Really. It's not worth the hassle.
