I bought a refrigerator on 1/8 and still do not have it 8 days later. I tried to call but there were so many callers I decided to go online and contact them.

It was impossible to sign in so I tried the chat. I waited at least 15 minutes and finally someone typed a standard message, Delivery is 7-14 days. I asked about cancelling and the cancellation fee was ridiculous and then he just hung up on me. The tracking sheet says in transit, nothing else.

If you need something fast, don't buy here.

Their site says 7-14 days but usually much quicker. NOT.

Update. Refrigerator finally came 1/19/18, with minor cosmetic damage.

Trucking company was great. They took pictures and noted everything for me to submit to appliance connection. They have a separate service division for shipping problems and I must say it was easy to deal with and the rep.

took care of everything rather quickly. Received credit from manufacturer.
