When I placed my order, an estimated range of delivery dates were indicated. The actual estimated delivery date(s) are currently scheduled nearly 2 weeks later than what was originally indicated on the item order page.
I have contacted Appliance Connection and they take “no responsibility for manufacturer’s delays” - yet currently on their website and ordering the same range indicates an estimated delivery date well before the actual date I have been given; knowing there are manufacturer’s delays.
This doesn’t build any confidence for future orders, estimated deliveries information or accountability for fraudulent web content - they should warn the estimates do not take into account manufacter’s delays - which can be DOUBLE the estimate - that is significant! Based on my experience and the implied shoulder shrug, I do not recommend Appliance Connection.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $694.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
I didn't like: Stated in stock when it was not.
