They cancelled an item on my last order then weeks later shipped it to me anyway and billed me for it. They said they forgot to cancell the item with their vendor.

They refused to credit my CC acount until their vendor received the item back via UPS. Why is Appliance Connection holding their customers responsible for their mistakes? I also ordered other items listed on their website and some of those were cancelled also.

They don't have some items listed on their website and they are lax in checking if the items are still available from the vendors they buy from.

When they don't have or can't get an item, they email you to call them about the order but do not tell you in the email what it is about. All the emails always say to call Victor so I can only assume Victor is the only sales rep. When you call, you can be on hold for a very long time.

My last hold time was 52 minutes. I will NEVER do business with Applicanceconnection.com again.

Monetary Loss: $370.
