I purchased a sofa on 07/29/17 On the 8th I received a email stating that i will receive a notification once the item ships..I called them yesterday to check on the status of my order.., and was told by the rep that she didnt have any updates .and that she would contact the manufacture, and email me the information as soon as she receives it!

I felt like she was just putting me off/giving me the run around...especially because it has been over 24 hrs since we spoke, and still no email..no sofa..I think that they should put forth the effort to try to communicate better with their customers ,, I really wished that I would have purchased locally,,, especially after reading these horrible reviews...
