I purchased a sofa on 07/29/17 On the 8th I received a email stating that i will receive a notification once the item ships..I called them yesterday to check on the status of my order.., and was told by the rep that she didnt have any updates . and that she would contact the manufacture, and email me the information as soon as she receives it!

I felt like she was just putting me off/giving me the run around...especially because it has been over 24 hrs since we spoke, and still no email..no sofa.. I think that they should put forth the effort to try to communicate better with their customers ,, I really wished that I would have purchased locally,,, especially after reading these horrible reviews...
